I'm not looking to argue but there is 100 reasons to. We dont know the logistics of the deal. There could be stock options for purchase on a date there could be comission on the transaction. Have you ever seen a large cap ceo post something like that? Maybe Elon would lol but nothing about that tweet was positive. The only reason to warn people is if something isnt adding up. It was building a solid base not dumping consolidating for another small leg and that will gap it down. Jmo
