The annual is going to be audited, and since it is the first time it's taking longer than expected, especially since the financial records were not kept the way the auditors wanted to see them. The Q1 is being held until the audit is complete even though it won't be audited.

The WUFLU didn't help either.

I understand there is a fair amount of news waiting to be released once the audit is complete...
