It's manipulation. In my opinion, MM's are very short. When news like today hits, it attracts the momo crowd, so MM's short some more hoping to kill momo. If MM's are successful, momo traders sell for loss, move on and shorts are safe. If they can not contain momo with a little bit of shorting, MM's let the stock run and cover on way up, while profiting on the volume.

If we can get a little more volume, I think MM's let it run.
