Pugsie...You fail to realize there is barely ANY real estate involved with RELI at this point. Privately Ezra holds a ton... But it is not reflected in RELI. Your point is null and void considering the majority of the revenue is on the insurance side at the moment. And that ain't going anywhere but UP!
I'm all for waiting for the bubble.
But watch what happens this time around. Commercial real estate will be hardest hit...and if everyone already knows there is a bubble in real estate and is selling then where will the surprise come from?
This is going to be a different scenario than 2008 and the financial crisis altogether.
I love how everyone is ready to scoop up rock bottom prices...you know what that means right? They will never hit rock bottom.
Nothing is the same as before.

Ezra has the right properties to sustain himself.
