You get personal and as an advisor you have a have "duty of care" to minorities in regards to these boards.

To what "minorities" does Shelly owe a "duty of care"?? Culturally, it's a pretty colorblind community, I'd say.

And in what way is she an adviser? She's here to enforce the rules.
