I don't know if there's been a delay. Tomorrow is the last business day of the 6 week review period for NASDAQ to make their uplisting decision. But it also marks the 45th day after the quarter ends the company is allowed to take to make their quarterly filing. But, yes, since NASDAQ wanted to see the EFFECT notice, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they wanted to see the 10-Q also.

Tea-leaf reader should have caught that earlier, LOL!
