My name is Richard Brown. First of all, thank you very much for your support. We fully recognize the significance of a strong open market base, and we never take it for granted. I am sending out very similar emails to concerned shareholders.

As you probably know, we successfully closed a $72 million PIPE through JP Morgan in June. The filing that was required for these investors to resell their stock in the open market has been cleared. Unfortunately, the market has a tendency of overreacting to filings like this because of some initial selling and uncertainty. The investors in the PIPE represent many of the most influential biotech financiers in the United States and normally take a long term investment approach to their portfolio of companies. That said, I cannot say that there will not be more volatility in the coming days.

The company is being managed by some of the most successful executives in the industry. We have our Phase III data for COVID 19, NIH sponsored trial with remdesivir, NASDAQ uplist, ZUMA 19 trial with kite, a Gilead company, and other trials all at various stages within our pipeline. Some of these studies will be reading out in the coming months.

While I’ll agree it is never fun watching volatility in a stock you own, I am a shareholder as well, we believe that we have more than enough near and long-term catalysts to prove to both the financial and biotech industry that we are the world leader in cytokine storm.
