I agree and boy do you do some great research! I appreciate all the tine you and others take with DD. I’m just saying there are many reasons to not get approval and we will never know why. There are a few stuck on this dollar amount or net assets.... etc.

It may not be that at all. I’m not going to go into detail of all the reasons why. There are many! Hopefully we get it.
