(Pink Sheets:WWNG) announced that its shareholders of record as of January 2, 2007 will receive one (1) WW Oil and Gas Inc. common share (restricted) for every 25 WW Energy Inc. shares held. The shares will be paid on January 30, 2007. WW Energy Inc. shareholders of record will receive the shares by mail without any action(s) required by qualifying recipients.
