You'll see Dr Richard Horner listed at the top. He's the Director of emerging technologies. The SER is working with technologies they believe can advance PRB coal to the next level. A big part of this is validating the technologies ability in the lab. Once that's complete, the program will help advance those technologies to commercial scale. CCTC appears to be an SER "front runner".
