I read it. I’ve just been watching everyone give new justification why going lower will still work. We will know if it works when you and I see it on NASDAQ. 
There are many reasons for not getting an up list. This is just one of many that would not allow it and we are not in the know to say 100% if we’re good or not. That’s between NASDAQ and HGEN. Notice we aren’t in there. And if we were, it would be called insider trading.
