I emailed them and asked them if there is anything positive and how is the health of the company. Here is the response

Yes, we are an amazing Company, with Amazing products and have grown revenue year-over-year since inception 5 years ago.

We will update all of our shareholders as soon as we can. The Company is looking forward to a very successful second half of the year.
