First off... I don't think Dennis Alexander has ever successfully closed and maintained a merger or any other kind of deal... unless he was selling or acquiring one of his own bullchit companies to himself. He has literally dozens of lawsuits against some of his other companies

Secondly... MNVN is REVOKED on the Nevada SOS site and OTC Markets lists it as DEFUNCT

there can be NO CORPORATE ACTIONS until at least the Nevada SOS site changes. Don't be fooled or baffled by the bullchit.

Dennis Alexander is as big a loser as there is on the OTC.
