1) to make sure Share holders don't walk with any profit
2) to help create more debt. As I posted yesterday more debt means more money for these guys.

its easier for them to create debt then it is for them to produce profit. If they produce any form of Profit that means they will have to keep working harder to produce more and more profit. Now U and I know these guys are not in the Business of Working hard. as long they can keep creating debt any possible profit can be passed on the creditors. this way when CEO needs Money he borrows from his creditors with interest to keep his $500k a year salary covered. the moment company shows signs of profit he forward it all to his creditors. This way all the money stays between CEO and his creditors while Share holders are left in the dark to help pay back creditors
