The math seems to fit.

Exact path... is unclear.

SREH/ABVG holdings merging with a development split seems most likely to get to the 333:1 R/S

That leave 3.9 Billion or so to spin...imho

Fundamentals of a ABVG SS few years back at Ally was 99-103 million shares with 11 billion in sales. That is about $110 a share.

It was 87% institutionally owned per the fundamentals. 26.1 Billion Development / 30 million = 87%
