I do not know precisely what time SI or IHub went down, but I do know that at 8:48 p.m. CST, I could not get any IHub or SI page to load. Looking back at some posts on IHub, it appears that a few folks were able to post between 8:48 and 8:52 which seems to indicate that the problem(s) was either intermittent or one of connectivity (ISP).
