I agree with your statements on timely filing, if art cant have 2nd Q in on time after literally just spending the money to become current I feel that will reflect badly, I also feel that the 2nd Q must show the 350k or better in revenues that he stated in one of his prs. If those 2 things at minimum happen I will be comfortable and wait on new prs to see where this goes. Balls in his court really at this point and I hope he pulls through which I'm pretty positive he will and possibly give us shareholders some juicy news to boot.
