Yeah,,,those familiar with the WaMu debacle, I smell a brian rosefraud (rosen) moment coming with sussberg and jones.
"Im SOOOOOO sorry your honor, but there just wont be any recovery for shareholders. We tried SO hard to make it happen, but the bids just werent there."
So,,,unless Walmart pushes baldy out on the $5 billion (or more) plank, he wont go there by himself just to give shareholders a recovery IMO.
