Right. The judge says he will uphold the bankruptcy law. He's not working for us investors. Doesnt even really care about common shareholders. He only gave us the EC so they could explain to us what us going on as a buffer. It's all or nothing now. Either the EC proves there is "long term value" or the judge can just dismiss the EC and we no longer have a voice at all. They are investors relying on JCP and Sussberg to help us need to realize they are the ones who did this. They clearly have no interest in helping us..
