I have heard the $5 thing for ever. But think about it. If you are a company trading at $5 and you have 1 million issued shares you are a 5 million dollar MC company. But if you have a 500 million issued shares you are a 2.5 billion dollar MC company. So, the share price narrative just does not make sense.
