Sure, no problem. Since you seem to be unfamiliar with his promises from the last company he was in charge of, he was always promising the LICENSE for the coal mining which never materialized and the FILING of financial statements which also never were filed due to him not having control of them since he "gave them to the auditors so it's out of his hands at this point". He has said the exact same things about the seed licensed and the 10Q. Any more questions? Yooo can confirm all of what I am saying. Just ask him.
