Guess it's time to say bye-bye, to Tony Liu and friends. At least they upped it a smidgin, to 19.75 per share. Don't know why they will delay the process greatly, with a shareholder vote for approval. Don't "they" own the majority of shares anyway ?
Crazy.....
Sounded like a promising bio-med company, headed to stardom, at a hundred plus per share eventually.....
