I honestly don't see money managers in a half cent stock. Computers trading, now that I can believe, but money managers?? Come on. If I had a money manager betting my money in penny stocks, they would be fired. I play in penny stocks but thats me playing with speculation trying to make money or hit a homerun with my discretionary funds.
