Its not a buy out yet

This is the same PR from the 18th
it was just paid to be re-released by www.mn1.com
paid for by Xstream...

if it was a Buy out the stock would move by now
instead theres a gap .075 -.095

I'm hoping this letter of intent will become a buy-out

If it wasn't for everybody manipulating the market, there wouldn't be a stock market at all.
