I AGREE WHO IS SELLING , WHY

I’m sitting at 250 k average down to about .0410

I originally got in at .10 average down, sold some then get back in again.

This is the only stock that I own that historically goes down when news comes out?

Why weren’t people selling when it was it 04 and 05 instead of waiting until after the restrictions were lifted.
