I always try to give my opinion and nothing more regardless if it's liked or not.

I don't believe any RE deals will close soon, especially in the next 12 months.

I've put everything I own for sale in the last few months, opened a corp, transferred almost 10 million into it and going on a buying frenzy once the housing market crumbles.

If I'm doing that then I would assume any smart businessperson would do the same.

Only option I believe we have is to hold for a year or sell and hope to get back in cheaper. I still believe things will work out here in the long run.
