I agree.. Why talk about a motion before submitted... Pacifier for everyone...

Submit the motion then talk about it... Nothing like showing your hand then trying to bet everyone up....

Still have a feeling that Formal EC not in the cards... . I would love to see it but JJ has already done what he is going to do... Ultimately, I don't think it will hurt our chances... BO or restructure, it is clear that Equity is there.. Just how much is the question...
