So what are the scenarios if the 3 charged by the FBI have to forfeit their shares of POTN? Wouldn’t that allow POTN to lower the outstanding shares authorized in the current SEC filings? I imagine the seized property, and any gains they made would be liquidated, and returned to POTN as restitution as well?
