This is speculation so take it for what it’s worth. Xu seemed to have some interest in this shell. It showed up on his website. If you recall Liz cancelled 130 mil shares the she registered them again. Xu and Daniel Shithead are allegedly DBcapital

These are the dots I’ve connected. DBcapital doesn’t appear to be related to obocon business. It maybe that doki needed the preferred shares to protect obocon
