By checking the past history of the volume and the price ranges on those days for the past 4 years that 310,396 in volume was calculated for the shares that have been sold at .0003 and below there is an aon bid for 1/3 of the unrestricted for now. If its overpriced you say and can go to .0001 or .0002 I will take the float and not just a paint down or scattered shares as it has half the unrestricted OEDVQ does.
