Nothing magical here. Repurposing retail space happens all the time. The mallnowners should be giddy about the possibility of an Amazon coming into their vacant spaces as would be the case for a Sears buyout and also electing to repurpose a number of JCP locations. Makes good business sense to me and I've been into facility management and engineering for a long time
