Can anyone explain to me why the PPS is stuck in the 20’s after their 3 recent announcements.

The price jumped to 0.50 and closed at 0.295 on their 6/30 news regarding the submission of their IND to the FDA for phase 3 clinical trials, but couldn’t even break 0.30 on their 7/31 news after they got the FDA approval for their trials.

I would have thought that news would have pushed shares to new all time highs. Instead the price peaked at only 0.394 on 8/3 and has only been able to set 1 new closing high.......a disappointing 0.304 on 8/5 when they announced news that they were FINALIZING AGREEMENTS and ALIGNING RESOURCES to initiate their phase 3 trials in September.

It hasn’t traded a single share in the 0.40’s since they announced FDA approval for phase 3 trials on 7/31, and today’s news actually saw the PPS fall even though they are clearly well positioned when it comes to psychedelics, their delivery technology, and psilocybin.

Like most I’ve been buying on dips and built a very nice position with a average cost of about 0.20. But I’m frustrated that we haven’t seen more upward price pressure given the 3 recent announcements.

I’m hopeful that news from Canada Health of trial approval, or perhaps funding from Canada’s new Therapeutics Task Force, funding from the FDA or other US sources, positive Asia trial results, or maybe news of other partnerships with various 3rd parties in the US, Canada, & Europe might finally cause the shares to breakout to new highs. But with each passing new release (3 and counting ) causing less and less of a reaction in the share price I must admit that I’m getting frustrated and losing patience.

The recently disclosed options for Michael Frank are extremely incentivizing. But they’re just options and won’t be worth anything to him or shareholders if the PPS doesn’t improve significantly.

So I’m just seeking others thoughts and comments as to what if anything I’m missing here that’s causing the recent underperformance in the share price in light of their 3 recent positive announcements.
