That’s not being impatient it’s called being rightfully critical if the BOD not the CEO

IC4U: Did you mean rightfully critical of the BOD if not the CEO?
Regardless, rightfully critical, indeed! However, in addition to some of the underwhelming Mgmt strategy, by critical of the BOD, do you also mean allowing the CEO to continue with his often hyperbolic, and nearly always confusing messaging? Regarding the latter, whether its simply a result of really bad communication skills or intentional obfuscation, one has to ask, why does it continue (at the price of eroding credibility and confidence)?

In light of what's actually happening, does "have patience" (in effect don't worry, the science will prevail, in spite Mgmt) really come across as a good business plan?
