WSGF Merger Update
Vaycaychella was acquired in January of this year by World Series of Golf, Inc. (USOTC: WSGF). The intent of the merger was to assist in capitalizing a Vaycaychella expansion strategy. Yes, a name change from World Series of Golf is part of our plans for the future.
The ins and outs of managing the specifics pursuant to maintain a public quotation are admittedly new to me. My original expectation of the Vaycacychella deal with WSGF included the WSGF CEO remaining in his CEO role for a while in order to provide me with some transition assistance. Unfortunately, the outgoing CEO experienced a health issue that accelerated his departure. So, I am now facing an accelerated learning curve and I am asking for your patience.
Having said that, I have reviewed financial statements that bring the company up to date from the time when WSGF stopped filing financial statements through the acquisition of Vaycaychella. Those financial statements are ready to be submitted to OTC Markets and published for public disclosure.
In that regard, we are engaged in the process with OTC Markets to reactivate WSGF’s recurring filings with OTC Markets. I am optimistic that this process will soon be complete.
Keep in mind, I don’t have a great deal of experience in these matters. So, weight my optimism with my experience when you consider our status with OTC Markets.
