In looking over the PC deal we kind of got raked over the coals on that
deal. Giving up 80% possible ownership, smelter rates of 2% ( that can be bought back to 1%), share dilution, seems like not such a good deal IMO.

But I guess we needed the cash to make this whole project come to fruition.
