It is easy for people to think negatively. I don't run equipment in the ocean. I do have "heavy" equipment on the ranch. Tractors, balers, stuff like that. They sit during the offseason and no matter how much you take care of them if there is a break in service they always break somehow. Usually minor stuff. After a while you learn how to fix it yourself. The harder you work something the quicker you are going to find its weak spot. For the time being I am making money on other plays and sitting aside a percentage of the profits to buy more here. It is the ONLY OTC I am long in. When I say long I mean till the big golden party!
