I see what you re saying. But to me they use these "tricks" on every ticker to ensure liquidity (and obviously to make money too) and the issue here is people setting stop loss orders... OTC is too volatile so it s very easy to trigger them. If the MMs see shares to grab at lower prices, they will get them for sure.
