They never really officially announced the merger in the first place

There were no official press releases.
It was only a (poor grammar) written document on OTC Markets.

Now we may know why they didn't release this 'outright' to the public.
It does smell of something fishy here, if we don't hear anything SOON.

I'm not feeling too confident here.
I hope I'm wrong.
