DJT is hoping that SCOTUS rules in favor of gov't ... which will give him (and SM + others) cover to nail the coffin shut on existing shareholders ... and reward TBTF buddies ... the ACTIONS of DJT/admin support that outcome as a possibility (i.e., ridiculous cap requirements, continued ALL OUT battle against ALL suits, continued NWS via continued increase in SPS liquidation preference, etc.)
