There was only 2 splits done. A 1:500 done in 2018 by previous management and one done this year by Mr. Sukowatey. I believe the most recent split was done in order to sell the shell to Mr. Idnani who is looking to build this new company with a clean share structure. It’s anyone’s guess where this will go but as far as the old CLKA, it’s now irrelevant here as those previously in control of the shell have since been long gone. I’m expecting news of Ticker/Name Change to come here eventually.
