data lock process, MUST have 100% all data locked in for
topline data. The V warrants expiration date of Sept 10 and
25 tell us topline expected by Sept 10, but most telling
point is Ergomed increases CVM stock holding from 20250
shares on 3/31/2020 to 110521 on 6/29/2020, I see it as insider
Ergomed bought 90271 share in Q2, but the fact is Ergomed
got 150000 shares from CVM, only sold 59729 shares in Q2.
