WTB...I hope you weren't issued a citation by the "Noise Police!"

We seem to have a proliferation of student bands in our area due to the local university who keep our police force busy fielding complaints from the citizens who don't appreciate music. The decibel level can only be so high or they're ticketed.

I can hear one group when I'm outdoors... who practice daily and they live two streets away!
