Looks like an amendment to Authorized shares and capital just hit... AS is only up 100k shares, so my thinking is that there is a new class of shares being issued, probably preferred!

AS are up only 100k shares as is the authorized capital also up...my thought is that this amendment may be for a new preferred class of shares for mgmt and/or acquisitions , which is another step in the right direction here at $mkgp pic.twitter.com/M6Mx1mAHbc
