I think any dilution won't matter because of the huge value that will be manifested into a reality here with BRTXQ.

Auctus is in control. I believe any debt is going to be re-issued in shares later at much higher prices to where any dilution should be minimal. I'm guessing that it was delivered like... you have a choice to either accept such to have some of something huge or don't accept such and have much more of something that would be worth nothing if they decide to take their toys and go home.
