Um no, New Jersey is not a "fairly weed friendly state" by any measure considering that there is no recreational marijuana allowed there. I believe that concentrates are not even allowed, either.

Also, a greenhouse in damp/humid New Jersey is a botrytis (mold) fest waiting to happen, unless one plans on
*massive* dehumidification infrastructure, which was visibly absent in all of the photos of the greenhouses that TRTC claimed to be able to operate in...
