I saw that and dug in. They released an 8k about the sale of unregistered securities at $1.80. Proactive Capital Partners, L.P. Googled it, turned out to be the same guy/people who are on the Investor Relations side of the business. Those guys invested....which is unusual, because IR groups are the ones usually getting paid cash fees to do their work. That's confidence if I have ever seen it. Bullish!
