The plan itself dilutes the stock. It exchanges at least 1.38B shares for the unsecured debt, adding to the 1.6B shares already in the O/S. The A/S of 2B will be exceeded by about 1B shares, so there'll have to be a change of some sort to fix that.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
