My answer would be that this stock is at fair value, because it hasn't done anything in long time. Can't think of a better way of rating a stock. Don't get me wrong, I'm in this up to my teeth, and hope it does really well, but listening to all this hype over the years, and no results, is really getting old. Maybe years from now it will fly, I have to wait, have too much into it.
