Last night our group got a new member! We have all learned a huge deal about GHL that even I wasn’t aware of when I invested with them. He sent us a copy of his CVBT shares that he purchased from GHL, based in Irvine, California. However, he emphasized that GHL apparently was never allowed to deal with Cardiovascular BioTherapeutic stocks. After our 40 strong group looked through SEC filings we could not find a single source that showed GHL was registered with the SEC to deal with securities. Can Mr. Gordon confirm this?
