You're quite right! It's pure speculation, which does not make it impossible, but for me, it's pointless to churn thru "calculations" where there's no possibility of getting at the relevant variables.

The above applies to concerns about management's "hidden" motives, secret strategies, insider manipulation and sundry factors. I make the simple assumption that the technology is solid, there's a likelihood of success in the clinic, that my interests are aligned (to a large extent) with management.

Not only will Pluristem employees do very well financially (if we succeed), but think of the glory of being with the company that brings a revolutionary new therapy (or a number of them) to improve the lives of people all over the world. I think they're highly motivated to do well!
