The above applies to concerns about management's "hidden" motives, secret strategies, insider manipulation and sundry factors. I make the simple assumption that the technology is solid, there's a likelihood of success in the clinic, that my interests are aligned (to a large extent) with management.
Not only will Pluristem employees do very well financially (if we succeed), but think of the glory of being with the company that brings a revolutionary new therapy (or a number of them) to improve the lives of people all over the world. I think they're highly motivated to do well!
